Mike Patterson

Mike Patterson has committed the last 15 years to studying organizational and individual success.  Believing that our success is closely linked with how much of our potential we use, Mike has consistently helped organizations and individuals use more of their potential. 

An Industrial Engineer by training, Mike Patterson has enjoyed a wide variety of experiences.  He has held several positions with Fortune 500 companies including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, sales administration and marketing.  Additionally, He has been an adjunct faculty member in the Business Department for The College of Lake County.

He is the founder and President of On Track Leadership, Inc., an organization committed to helping organizations and individuals reach their potential.  In this role, Mike combines coaching, training and consulting enabling his clients to accomplish their goals faster and with less effort. 

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Omni Youth Services an agency committed to developing youth and families

As a professional trainer, speaker and consultant, he has presented to and consulted with a wide variety of companies around the world on topics that include interpersonal communications, overcoming fears, setting goals, identifying values, time management, behavioral interviewing, talent development team building and negotiating.
