    Process That Changes Behavior  –  Using short, action-oriented sessions, scheduled over a 4 month period, our process allows participants to achieve real results.  The process includes:

    • Up front goal setting
    • Spaced repetition learning process
    • Weekly tracking of learning and outcomes
    • Personal coaching throughout program
    • Six month follow-up reinforcement session
