A Process That Changes Behavior – Using short, action-oriented sessions, scheduled over a 4 month period, our process allows participants to achieve real results. The process includes:
- Up front goal setting
- Spaced repetition learning process
- Weekly tracking of learning and outcomes
- Personal coaching throughout program
- Six-month follow-up reinforcement session
